The German sports giant, Adidas, strives to create an immense buzz around each new flagship store opening. These stores are considered the brand's retail labs and are therefore meticulously analysed in order to propose the strategy for maximum
awareness. Adidas redefines "original" by featuring visionaries from the worlds of music, skate, sport, style and art. Valuing the brand's mission, the
marketing strategy, organisation plan, visual touch points as well as the pitch deck proposal were emphasising the brand's youthful and authentic
values.
